Some of the annotation classes represented are: Block, Easement, GovLot, Lot, PLSS, Street, Subdiv, TaxAcct, WtrBody, and WtrCourse. The annotation is typically updated anytime there is a change due to a land segregation. Segregation types are, but not limited to: plats (subdivisions), condominiums, short plats, boundary line adjustments, right of way dedications, tax parcel segregations (splits for tax purposes), combinations (merges), and also changes due to water courses and/or water boundary movement. <\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
